My purpose and passion is to help you live your most authentic life in peace. This happens through a process of realignment where we release your past, and heal your present in order to shape your future. Our time together will allow you to gain confidence, clarity, perspective, and insights to help you enable change and healing.

 The blocks to our authentic self can show up in a myriad of ways. The blocks can look like depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma and in some cases chronic pain. The blocks can even be spiritual in nature and involve religious deconstruction or help connecting with a higher power. They can also manifest as frustrations in daily living. 

I firmly believe that all relationships (monogamous or polyamorous ) prosper when they are authentic. To strengthen these relationships, we focus on honesty, effective communication strategies, and navigating conflict.
