Professional, insightful, slightly silly.

I began pursuing my passion for wellness while living in Wyoming from 1996 to 2011. I earned my Master of Social Work degree in May 2005 and began working toward full licensure shortly thereafter. Over the years, I have completed training in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, EMDR, and Integral Breath Therapy. Believing that the best way to truly understand and support my clients is to experience healing modalities myself, I regularly participate in experiential workshops.

My own trauma history led me to explore these powerful techniques for personal healing and self-discovery. Through that journey, I found each modality to be highly effective in facilitating deep, lasting change. All of these approaches focus on accessing the subconscious mind—where the resolution of past trauma and emotional wounds can occur. I am committed to continually expanding my knowledge and am always seeking new therapeutic tools to support the healing process.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kennesaw State College in Georgia, and later earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Wyoming. I began practicing in Wyoming in 2007 and relocated to Georgia in 2011, where I currently hold my clinical licensure.
